General Introduction

The magnetic separating machine is assembled on a  chain dredger which can lower the cost and enhance the eficiency. The dredger can dig or suck sand from 10-20m depth underwater and process about 80-100m3 materials per hour. If bigger  chain dredger is used, the capoacity will reach 200m3/hr. The separation grade of iron sand is more than 60%. According to cusstomers' request, the dredger can be equipped with one separator or two separators or three separators. If sand sieving and washing machines are assembled onthe dredger, the customer can collect sand for construction at the same time.

Julong iron separation platform on river or sea is designed to cooperate with  chain dredger, jet suction dredger or cutter suction dredger. On the platform, 4 to 12 sets of magnetic separators work at the same which can process 200 to 800m3 material per hour.
